Who do I think I am?

​I am a mom of two rambunctious boys who also happens to have worked in the ECE field for over 20 years.  I have a major in Recreation Administration from George Mason University and fell in love with working with young children while obtaining my degree.

I have been thinking about taking my kids across the USA for quite a while.  I have fond memories of traveling with my grandparents every summer.  I am hoping to impart my grandparents adventurous spirit to my kids while encouraging them to disconnect from technology.

My youngest son has a diagnosis of PDD-NOS and is on the Autism spectrum and my oldest has ADD which we chose to not medicate him for.  We will be juggling their special needs along with visiting some fun and educational places on this trip. It’s going to be a fun, but bumpy ride. I hope you will join us for some smiles, laughs and tear as we ride where the road takes us this summer.
